A sheath is a fitting job. The blade gets measured, the welt goes in so the stitching never sits against the edge, and the throat is burnished so it holds without a strap fighting you every time.
The same applies to a multi-tool carrier, a pouch for a folding knife, or a rig that carries both on one belt. Send the tool or send the measurements — either works.
